The Taoist exercises for health and relations consist of a set of single exercises which are repeated like ordinary gymnastic exercises for a number of times, e.g. 10 times. But their primary goal is to enhance the function of the meridian system, so not only do they strengthen the sinews, muscles and blood circulation system but they help also developing Chi. In the Original Yang Style Master Chu has chosen 24 massage exercises and 24 short movements from the over 600 known Chi Kung exercises.
